私は古い木に住んでいます。公園の隣です。小さい公園で、有名ではありません。でも私はよく知っています。毎日行くからです。
朝、雨が止むと、木から降ります。食べ物を探しに行きます。道を通る人たちを、少し見ています。ベンチの近くには、いつも鳩がいます。パンのかけらを待っています。
バジャーさんは十時に来ます。いつも同じ時間です。鳩にパンを持ってきます。鳩はすぐに彼を囲みます。大きいパンのかけらを取り合う様子を見るのが、とても楽しいです。
土曜日は、公園が変わります。家族が来て、子供たちは木の間で、かくれんぼをします。でも隠れ方がとても下手です。ずっと笑っています。だから私は、いつも場所が分かります。親たちはベンチで話していて、時計を見ません。
夕方が終わると、みんな家に帰ります。公園は静かになります。それから私はまた降りて、水のそばを歩きます。急ぎません。朝より、今の方が楽しいです。公園は、私だけのものだからです。
遠くへ行く必要はありません。私の公園は、家の隣にあります。私には、それで十分です。
