Plantaža je počela tisuću osamsto osamdeset treće. Prije toga otok je uzgajao naranče. Bolest je uništila stabla naranči. Zato su uzgajivači posadili čaj. I danas koriste iste stare strojeve.
U tvornici stari strojevi motaju i suše listove. Radnici mlade listove beru rukom. Mladi listovi daju najbolji čaj. Ovdje se ne koriste loše kemikalije.
Polly je hodala kraj čajevaca. Mirisali su kao svježa trava. Ista se obitelj uzgajivača brine o ovom brežuljku već jako dugo.
