그녀는 줄이 긴 가게 앞에 멈췄다. 한 여자가 큰 팬에 만두를 요리했다. 마라는 다른 손님들을 봤다. 그들은 메뉴를 가리키고, 숫자를 말하고, 돈을 냈다. 그녀 차례가 되었을 때, 그녀도 가리켰다. "다섯 개 주세요." 그녀가 말했다. 여자는 고개를 끄덕이고 웃었다.
