A Beach With Nothing On It

The last part of the coast is empty. There is a long white beach called Bahía de las Águilas. It is about eight kilometres long. There are no hotels and no bars. There is no road. You come by boat.

Zadnji dio obale je prazan. Tamo je duga bijela plaža. Zove se Bahía de las Águilas. Duga je oko osam kilometara. Nema hotela i nema barova. Nema ni ceste. Dolaziš brodom.

The beach is inside a national park. That is why it is still empty. The park is very big, and most of it is sea.

Plaža je unutar nacionalnog parka. Zato je još uvijek prazna. Park je jako velik. Veći dio parka je more.

In spring, very big sea turtles come up this beach at night. They lay their eggs in the sand. In the morning you can see their tracks.

U proljeće, veliki morski kornjače dolaze na ovu plažu noću. One polažu jaja u pijesak. Ujutro možeš vidjeti njihove tragove.

Polly flies home in the afternoon. She goes back over the green mountains and the coffee farms. Below her the fishing boats come in. In one foot she holds a small blue stone.

Polly leti kući poslijepodne. Ide natrag preko zelenih planina i farmi kave. Ispod nje dolaze ribarski brodovi. U jednoj nozi drži mali plavi kamen.
