Polly flog hinunter in die Altstadt. Enge Straßen wanden sich zwischen niedrigen weißen Häusern.

In der Mitte stand eine große Kirche. Sie sah aus wie eine Burg, mit hohen Mauern, einem hohen Turm und Zinnen oben entlang.

Auch sie war aus goldenem Stein gebaut. Derselbe Stein aus der Höhle am Meer baute die Kirche und die Windmühlen. Jetzt verstand Polly.

Unten am Hafen flickte ein Fischer seine Netze neben den Booten. Der Fang vom Morgen glänzte in der Sonne. Polly sagte hallo und flog weiter.
