Everyone Gets This Soup Wrong

Everyone gets this soup wrong. Tag the friend who has sent you the video. In Bangkok there is a beef soup shop with a very big pot outside the door. People say the same soup has been cooking there for fifty years and has never been turned off.
That is not really true, and the family who cook it will tell you so. Every evening they clean the pot. They keep only a small amount of the old soup. The next morning that small amount goes into the new soup, with the meat and about a dozen spices. Then they cook it for many hours.
So it is not one pot of soup from fifty years ago. It is more like bread. A baker keeps a little of yesterday to start today. Three generations of one family have kept this soup going in that way. The grandfather started it. Honestly, that is a better story than the one on the internet.
Asta a fost povestea.
